  Group of 6 for lunch. Wow, what a feed. Complexity and matching of flavours fantastic. Service staff knowledge of menu really helpful. Whole experience as good as it gets. So lucky to have this great restaurant on the Granite Belt. Well done Travis and Arabella.

  Well worth the long drive from Brisbane, the degustation menu has impressed my family like nothing we've experienced in Brisbane in our recent years' searches. Well done to Travis & Arabella. The Ballandean Estate wines are deliciously paired with each course. Can't wait for our next trip back.

  The food was great but the service was not. We waited for 50 minutes after ordering. No one came to tell us that our food was delayed and we even had to call a waitress to replenish our water. Communication please!

  The food here was delicious. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is due to the long 1 hr wait for our food to come out. Other than that, service was friendly & attentive. Always topping up our water etc. Lovely place for lunch. But book a table in advance! Or be prepared to wait for one.

  An amazing dining experience second to none. It's been many years since I've experienced such an innovative exquisite meal. The yabbies with bone marrow butter and brioche were tender, sweet and beautifully presented on a bed of granite Rocks in keeping the the local environment. The organic mallow lamb I had for the main dish was complex in flavour and textures. Like the entree it too was cooked to perfection. A sensational dining experience in the barrel room at Ballandean winery I'd highly recommend as a 'must do' when visiting Stanthorpe. In fact a reason to actually go to Stanthorpe.
